Gordon Ramsey
The Story: Gordon Ramsey was looking for unusual products to add to his Plane Food collection. Plane Food was Ramsey's range of tasty packed lunches that travelled well by air. The product launched in two months and a matchbox was needed for the shops and restaurants.
The Matchbox: We were given specific artwork and colours to apply to a matchbox.
The Details: The team particularly liked the Hot Stuff spice bottles and wanted something similar. Bloody Mary is know for being an airplane favourite and Ramsey's team supplied a secret Bloody Mary spice recipe which we were to put into packets or bottles. We sourced a vintage matchbox label to add to the box. In the end the project was rejected not the grounds that matchboxes were not allowed in airports. Not even fake ones!
